KIMBERLY—BELL’ Mr. and Mrs. Charles Heffel f.nger Bell of Minneapolis, Minn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Lucy Bell to En sign John Robbins Kimberly Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. John Robbins Kimberly of Neenah, WisC . Miss Bell graduated from Miss Porter's School, Farmington, Con- , necticut, and is a student at Smith College, Northampton, Mass. Ensign Kimberly graduated from Asheville School for Boys, Ashe ville, N. C., and from Wililams College, Willjamstown, Mass., in 1952. He,is now serving as com manding officer of a Coa^t Guard cutter in San Pedro, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Willis E.
